I Love Real Estate & People! I have an extensive background in many exciting areas of real estate. I have been licensed as a real estate agent since 2005 in Nevada and more recently here in Arizona. My real estate partner & husband and I work as a team with real estate and also have a real estate appraisal company, US Appraisal Pros. We have a great deal of experience with investing and managing rental properties in addition to appraisals and home sales. In addition to my real estate background I have a degree in nursing and have retired from working part time as a registered nurse since 2004 to maintain my skills and to help others. I have many years of experience in critical care. After the October 1st, 2017 mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas I cared for many of the victims of that terrible night. Although there are no words to express the horrors of that event, I can say that seeing people pull together to help each other was amazing. It is just awe inspiring to know what good we can do for one another. I am so fortunate to call Flagstaff home. I grew up in Northern Arizona, a proud graduate of Cromer Elementary, Mount Elden Middle School, Coconino High School and Northern Arizona University Summa Cum Laude class of '03. We are lucky to have such an incredible community and to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the San Francisco Peaks, Coconino National Forest, Mt. Elden and many other beautiful aspects of our local environment.
