Art Wilder is a REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert, serving Flagstaff and communities across Northern Arizona.

Originally from Southern California, Art moved to Arizona for college in 1997 and quickly realized this was where he wanted to build his life. He's called Flagstaff home for more than 16 years, where he and his wife are raising their four children.

Since 2017, Art has helped homeowners across Northern Arizona successfully sell their properties. Every move comes with a different story: maximizing the return on an investment, navigating a major life transition, completing a successful 1031 exchange, or simply turning the page to a new chapter. Whatever the reason for selling, his goal is to help clients move forward with confidence and achieve the best possible outcome.
