Angelica Deitering

Angelica Deitering, Broker Associate, has been a licensed Arizona Realtor® since 2011, bringing more than 14 years of expertise in residential real estate, investment acquisitions, and assisted living property strategy. Her background spans new home sales, land development, and investment property sourcing, giving her a unique ability to blend market insight with hands-on experience to guide clients toward confident, informed decisions.

At just 19 years old, Angelica earned her Bachelor's degree in Regional Development with a business minor from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, an early achievement that fueled her drive and long-term success in real estate.

Throughout her career, she has represented buyers, sellers, and investors across Tucson in a wide range of transactions, from luxury new builds and family homes to land purchases and specialized properties such as assisted living facilities. Before joining Bliss Realty & Investments, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year in new home sales, trained under top multifamily and investment brokers at CBRE, and partnered with some of Tucson's most active home flippers.

Angelica is deeply committed to raising the bar in client service. She is passionate about helping families and investors navigate the real estate process with strategy, transparency, and care.

Outside of real estate, Angelica is a business owner, wife, and mom of three. She enjoys decorating, traveling, and creating a life of balance and growth in the Tucson community she proudly calls home.
