I am a Certified Property Manager with over 30 years of experience in housing management, including single-family and multi-housing. I also have expertise in affordable programs, including LIHTC, HOME, HTF, NSP, Housing Choice Voucher programs, Section 8, 811 PRAC, 202, RAP, and Public Housing, with a gamut of financing and multilayered funding sources. I am a graduate of Saint Mary's College of California with a BA in Management. I have held an Arizona Real Estate License since 2010, a Tax Credit Specialist Certification, a Certified Occupancy Specialist, and a Certified Manager of Maintenance. I have a proven history of performance in turning around troubled properties and increasing the value of the assets for ownership-seeking profitability. I have developed Policies and Procedures, including Maintenance and Resident Retention plans, to sustain occupancy and financial stability while providing key leadership to the resolution of complicated regulatory compliance requirements and performance objectives.
