Andrew Waite is energized by helping people successfully find, buy and sell real estate. Andrew's background in law, systems, investment publishing and consulting taught him understanding and fulfilling client goals is everything!

Andrew was born in New Zealand and as a lawyer initially worked in aviation product liability with celebrity San Francisco lawyer Melvin Belli. While at Belli, Ashe Ellison & Choulos led the transition of the practice to automating time and disbursement accounting, file management and incoming case analysis. This began an interest in the development, marketing and sales of systems designed to improve repetitive workflow.

Andrew went into private industry and worked for seventeen years in senior marketing, sales and officer roles in technology, start-ups and venture capital companies focused at contact centers and customer relationship management based in Texas and Silicon Valley, California. Andrew later worked with Arthur Andersen in customer engagement and relationship management and systems integration consulting.

Andrew was founder, publisher and/or owner in three successful technology and investment publishing companies. He founded NEXZUS Publishing Group in 2003. Title, Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine, pioneered the view that single-family investment was an asset class not just an amateur hobby, especially when income was generated. By 2010 PREI was the magazine of record for the $5 trillion dollar single-family residential rental and investment industry. This led Andrew to work with the majority of rental funds and major property managers in this industry. This magazine was sold in 2015. While leading NEXZUS Publishing Group Waite initiated and led early development of the Home Depot RenoWalk for automating acquisition, home inspection and renovation tasks and processes. This integrated mobile inspection identified and sorted tasks by trades, hours and materials so work could be scoped, bid, contracts placed and materials ordered. Home Depot RenoWalk V.1 recorded over $500 million in materials sales to the SFR rental and flip investment industry. Andrew and NEXZUS Publishing Group continue to serve and consult to publishing, specialized marketing and investment systems clients.

Andrew and Bonnie Waite his wife of 38 years have lived at the Biltmore since 1982 and in Taliverde since 1997 where Waite has served on community committees for four terms, a developer political action committees, church vestry and is a former Warden at Christ Church of The Ascension, (Episcopal) Paradise Valley, AZ.
