As a homeowner from the age of 16 (yes, that's young but my immigrant parents installed the importance of owning a piece of the American dream) I understand how exciting but overwhelming buying a home can be. I have lived in Phoenix for most of my life and have seen the intense growth of our valley and WOW on the construction of freeways, we only had two main ones, the I-17 and the I-10. Now settled in Moon Valley and for the past 20 years have raised my 4 children in this beautiful city.

My Fiancé has now joined our family and joyfully has added another loving pet, Chloe a gentle German Shepard to my little army of dogs, Oreo the Shih Tzu and Frida the Mini Pointer/Dachshund so I understand the ever long changes of life and having to buy or sell a home to accommodate our living needs. I firmly believe that this should be a thoughtful and transparent event for a gentle transition into the future.
