Alyssa Beery, has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for 18 years. After attending Pennsylvania State University for Psychology and Business, Ms. Beery began working in the Mortgage Industry as a Top Producing Retail Loan Officer and Top Producing Wholesale Inside Sales Broker. Following the 2007 mortgage industry collapse, Ms. Beery stayed active in the mortgage and sales field, as well as private consulting field and decided to use her varying skills as a Short Sale Negotiator in 2009. Ms. Beery worked with distressed property homeowners, sellers and borrowers, to resolve their Mortgage, Consumer, Unsecured and Tax Debts via Mortgage Mediation through multiple real estate agencies, title companies and law firms in the Valley. She is proud to say she has negotiated over 750+ short sale transactions, loan modifications, deed in lieus, debt consolidations and assisted countless number of homeowners, real estate agents, title companies and attorneys. As the short sale market dried up, Ms. Beery extended her career goals to include International Consulting, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Management and helping agents valleywide, assiting in closing over 750 traditional sales as a Listing and Transaction Manager. She brings all this experience to each and every client and has found her nitch providing top-notch real estate advise and services to Homeowners and Investors valley wide. Alyssa has two lovely children, Jordan and Madison and is an avid hiker, gym-nut and health advocate.
