Allison Cahill

Allison has lived in Arizona for over 16 years. Her experience as a corporate attorney gives her an edge in negotiating and analyzing market trends. When the real estate market was at an all time low, she began purchasing investment properties. Soon thereafter, friends and family began to ask her for advice on investing in real estate. This led to a full-time career in real estate focusing on investment and luxury properties. She currently works with The Agency as their Designated Broker. She works with private clients advising them on diversifying their portfolios in real estate investments. Her focus is on both long-term income producing properties and short-term investment. She also works with individuals in purchasing and selling luxury properties. She is the recipient of the 2013 Trendsetter for Arizona Foothills Magazine, the Executive Club and 100% Club for RE/MAX. She was awarded the Chairman's Gold Award for being in the top 2% at Berkshire Hathaway. In addition, her team was awarded the Pinnacle Team Award. She is a member of the Top Agent Network made up of the top 10 percent of top producing agents in Scottsdale. She holds three designations in real estate as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Designated Luxury Specialist. Her community involvement includes working with helping families with children with special needs. She lead a support group for the Paradise Valley Unified School District for parents to help them deal with daily challenges, and listening as they shared their moments of joy when their child accomplished something others thought was impossible. Currently, she is a on the Economic Development Committee for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and also involved with the Airpark Committee. She is a member of the Leadership Circle for Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation. As part of this select group, she is involved in selecting where grant money will go within the hospital's research and development. She previously worked on the Driving Out Domestic Violence Committee for Chrysalis. For over four years, she helped raise funds to help families find a safe haven away from domestic violence. She also helped Homeward Bound with their Derby Days fundraiser and on their Old Bags Luncheon Committee. These two events help raise money for families who have found themselves homeless. She worked with the Muscular Dystrophy Association to help raise funds for research and much needed advancements in treatment.
