Aimee Cornett

Hello, my name is Aimee Cornett and I'm a mother, little sister, wife, and team leader of The Woop Group. My Real Estate journey started in 2005 with a Fortune 50 technology and software solution company, we offered high performance solutions for mortgage and home lending and servicing. During this time, I became a licensed Realtor and bought my first of many investment properties which helped ignite my passion for Real Estate.

After moving from Southern California to Glendale's Arrowhead Lakes in 2016 with my husband Greg and son Evan I was determined to put my analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an astute investors eye and passion for design to work with HomeSmart. Not being content with just investing in houses throughout the valley I rolled up my shirtsleeves and became project manager on over 25 of our own house flips in just 36 months. This required me to research and evaluate 1000's of Real Estate deals, negotiate complex transactions, manage contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and ultimately maximize returns by improving the value of the flip property. I view my role in Real Estate as a guide, enlightening the process of buying and selling for clients and steering each through the complexities of ever-changing markets.

Being involved in my community is very important to me and I am a member and volunteer of Christ Church of The Valley (CCV) in Peoria. I enjoy the spectacular sunset views while hiking Thunderbird Conservation Park or taking my recue dog
