I have lived in Tucson for over 50 years and have recently begun my journey in real estate. I previously worked for 14 years with now retired, estate planning attorney, Daniel H. O'Connell. One of the many things I did was to assist clients with transferring their assets (real estate, etc.) to help avoid probate. Unfortunately, even though we assisted in establishing an estate plan, assets would be acquired incorrectly, and at their passing, we would have to open a probate.

When you have had to deal with the loss of a loved one, you understand the very real pain and grief that comes after. While trying to deal with your own grief and that of family members, now you have to go through the lifetime of the loved one's home, personal belongings and all of their possessions. Trying to locate important papers, such as life insurance policies, titles for vehicles and the need to find an attorney to assist you with opening a probate. This is extremely overwhelming and a very daunting task. It's hard to know where to start. I am here to assist you with the many tasks of being a personal representative/executor/executrix/fiduciary.
