Before he began his career in Arizona luxury real estate, Aaron was a business consulting and technology executive. Aaron built teams, developed organizational culture and was responsible for driving overall sales and revenue for his companies. He and his family are highly involved in the local community. Aaron served 2 terms as the President of the Board of Directors for Waste Not, AZ and served 10+ years on the Board of Trustees for The Phoenix Zoo & Arizona Center for Nature Conservation. He served on the ASPSO Board for Archway Classical Academy Scottsdale (a Great Hearts Academy) and now serves on the Capital Campaign for Scottsdale Prep Academy. Aaron served on the Board of Directors at I-ology, Inc., SEI-Phoenix LLC & SEI-Dallas LLC and as an Associate Professor of Practice at ASU. He has been involved with the AZ Tech Council & HIMSS, a member of Phoenix Country Club and the USGA & USA Triathlon. Additionally, he serves as youth baseball coach and as a den leader with the Cub Scouts in Scottsdale. Aaron is a devoted husband of 15+ years to his wife (also a Scottsdale based entrepreneur and community leader), and a proud father to their 3 amazing children.
