A Sedona girls' weekend is the ideal opportunity to kick back, relax (or get wild!), and catch up with your favorite ladies, whether you're coming for a day or a week.

Sedona - a mystical, magical hippie wonderland. Eating, drinking, hiking… what more could you want from a girls’ weekend?

Eat & Drink:

Local Juicery

Local Juicery in Sedona, AZ, is a local organic café and juice bar that serves smoothies, coffee, and açai bowls if you're searching for a healthy fix. we visited this many times during our trip. The gorgeous nature of Sedona promotes a healthy mindset, so whether you're looking for a cold-pressed juice to start your day or a treat after a day spent traveling in the red rock wilderness, this lovely café has all of your health-conscious and delicious snacks covered!

Mariposa

For our ""lovely"" group dinner, we went to Mariposa. It's a Latin Inspired Grill created to provide the best dining experience in Sedona. The vistas from the patios and dining rooms may be among the best in the world. It was incredible! We arrived early to enjoy cocktails at the bar before sitting down to a fantastic dinner. We received excellent service.

Olde Sedona Bar & Grill

Olde Sedona Bar & Grill is a must-visit if you're looking for a good time. The restaurant and bar are noted for their nice service and excellent menu selections, and it is situated in one of the area's most lovely locations. We sat on the outdoor patio, and because we visited on a weekday, we took advantage of happy hour, which offers half-price appetizers in addition to the daily specials. This place hosts one of the most memorable karaoke evenings ever.

Sound Bites Showroom

Sound Bites Grill is a nice place to go for a Sedona view and live music. What more could you want, they have food, fun, and music.  A lovely gypsy jazz group provided the evening's entertainment. Sound Bites Grill in Sedona, Arizona, provides the best casual/fine food as well as the best entertainment in the area!

Do:

Broken Arrow

We hiked Broken Arrow on our first day. The Broken Arrow Trail is one of Arizona's top jeep routes, despite it being the shortest route.  It's a blast to drive, climb, or bike, and the red rock scenery is breathtaking. This is a highly popular track, and traffic may be busy at times. However, because it was snowing, we had the trail to ourselves, providing spectacular views. You are welcome to bring your pet along, but it must be kept on a leash. Highly recommended!

Chapel Of The Holy Cross

One of my friends is fond of visiting cultural sites so we thought what the hell? Let's go along for the ride. We went to the Holy Cross Chapel. The building is not only gorgeous and unusual in its setting, but it also has breathtaking views of the valley below. It's constructed into the red rocks, and the snow caps on the cliffs provided a stunning backdrop. Inside the church, visitors can relax and enjoy the calm that the Chapel is known for, as well as marvel at the magnificent pieces of art. Even though the rest of our group isn't very fond of architectural structures, we loved our tour.

Buddha Beach

Buddha Beach in Crescent Moon Park in Sedona is stunning, with views of Cathedral Rock. It's another side of Sedona that you don't want to miss. A side that is still mysterious and lovely, but with fewer red rocks and more whispy, shaded trees, as well as cool flowing water. The water in the Buddha Beach stream was cold but delightful. The water was shallow where we played for a while, but it gets deeper as you move upstream. It's a lovely area for meditating and picnics.

Devil’s Bridge

We decided to hike another day, but this time to Devil's Bridge. Although it is a relatively basic hiking trail with beautiful views, the snow made it even more difficult, but the hikes are well worth it if you want a photo at the top of the Devil's Bridge. As you travel, there are a few spots with beautiful views where you can stop and rest. Thousands of people have come to see the spectacular waterfalls. We were fortunate enough to see the waterfall completely iced over!

I wish you a fantastic trip to Sedona! If you go, let me know what you think. The city is simply too beautiful to be missed!
